EFI expert help needed - Car is Stalling.

After I installed and tuned the Idle Air Control there was a break in the
rain and I got a chance to take the car out.  Results not good.  It is still
stalling.  It helped but I feel there is still an underlying problem.  When
the clutch is pushed in coming to a stop the rpm's drop way past the idle
mark to around 25 to 50 rpm's enough to even get the battery light to
flicker.  Sometimes it will recover but most it will stall.  I have tried
all kind of changes but with no helpful results.  The idle also bounces
around alot before settling at around 1000 rpm.  I'm just not sure where I
should be poking around.  I thought the IAC would keep it from dropping so
far at a slower rate.
