Slow cranking speed/no start



Check the starter bushing.It sounds like it may be worn.If shows any wear at 
all replace it.It will cause the symptoms that you describe.The armature 
will fall into the fields and drag real hard if the bushing is worn.of 
course that cause low voltage everyplace else.Weak spark, slow fuel pump and 
etc.
