Unusual electrical gremlin story

In other words, just another day.

I was talking to a friend who years ago had a rabbit. At some point it
developed a gremlin. What would happen is that the headlights would
blink. They blinked faster the faster he went and slower the slower he
went. It would be pretty slow when he was coming to a stop and if he
stopped moving when the lights were on the off blink the car would die.

Turns out the aluminum washer on a ground had oxidized and blocked the
wire from grounding. So it instead grounded through the axles which
included the CV joints. The blinking and dying was when the joint was
turned so that the part if was grounding through wasn't connecting to
the rest of it.

Any other howd's-that-work gremlin stories?
