Bumper shipping

When I got a hood from OK, I had them put it on a Greyhound. It was way cheaper than over-size UPS. The only down side was having someone drop it off at a bus depot and then picking it up at the depot here.

I have a fellow lister interested in my S bumpers, but I've never
shipped (or been shipped) anything like them.  Anyone have tips on
methods/pricing for shipping a pair of bumpers?
