   I was going to say batteriesplus.com but they only show one rayovac 
battery at $160(!). fwiw, if you have one located in your area they can 
rebuild them for you for less. i bought a "new" battery for my old nec 
on ebay a long while back and it wasn't much better than the old one it 
replaced. when it comes to things like batteries i'd prefer to buy them 
new from a trusted source. just my two cents. good luck.
