On the question of selling your vehicle, how about Craig's List (
http://austin.craigslist.org/)?  Listing is free and you do not have to give
phone number out if you are paranoid plus buyers are usually local and will
come to you.  Also the Hortex has a Scirocco classified (
http://forums.vwvortex.com/zeroforum?id=833).  If you use Ebay set a reserve
price that you can live with so you are not mad at the selling price.  Good
luck and sorry to hear you have decided to give her up.  Hopefully in the
future you will have the ability to get another one.
