2.1 or 2.2 16V pistons?

I don't think it's possible to get up to 2.2l with just increased bore.  I
think the bore is 81.0mm for the 1.8 16v and 82.5 for the 2.0 16v and I
remember 84mm being the upper limit for the 2.0
