What a weekend...

Saturday I converted to MSnS-e and made my initial map. Then, set up 2 saw horses and started to sand all the paint off the spare hood, learning as I went. By lunch time, I got the rubbers from Rany at Vintage Rubber! Yee Haa! (those were my BIGGEST worry)

Today I drove down to MikeB's place in Beacon NY. I picked up the rear disks I have been drooling over, a DS fender (needs work, rust in the usual place) and a rear hatch. We got stuck into stripping the black donor and got some really nice glass and interior parts. BUT. Thats Mikes job.

Now its 8pm, I STILL need a shower and would rather spend the day in the garage, tan go to work :)

Ohhhhh. Dont mess with maps at 75mph. Not smart. I did get 26 mpg (a tank did 260 miles). Running a bit rich, but I can narrow that down....
