That is a nebulous type of infraction. Its just the cop's word. I got a
ticket for rolling through a stop sign. I was already going. The cop
coming up didn't stop by the stop line. I slowed almost to a stop. Guess
who was wrong. The judge went along with the cop even though he changed
his story in court. He originally claimed he could see my wheels turning
when he came up. I brought in pictures of the intersection. There is a
fence there! I told the judge that truth obviously didn't enter into
this equation, he was not amused!

Got pulled over on Thursday on my way home from the bar. The cop said I
rolled through a stop sign.

Regardless, he let me go in under 30 seconds, which is all that matters.
