With the original engine near death and this one not in the car, I'd say I have a ways to go.  I still need an injection pump, 02J shifter box and cables, and the 02J cable clutch kit.  I also have to strip all of the "crap" off the engine, all that EGR and emissions junk.  ;) And I'm probably going to replace the turbo with a cheap older wastegate unit temporarily.  Oh yeah, the engine mounts...  Some folks fabricate them but I do not know if it's in my budget just yet.  Ok, now I just got myself all worried, does that make it a 9 now?

I've been playing guitar a lot more recently so I've been spending more time on my nails, they look quite nice actually.  My hair has only been cut once since Cincy last year.  :)

Mine's at a 2 right now, (maybe higher, I have three boxes of parts in
transit at the moment) but there's that 100 days between now and then to
get into trouble eh?
And I have a nice fresh hairdo now, but it may get a bit messy before I
head out for Ohio. Nails are still not did.
I'm just getting antsy, I need to drive a scirocco SOOOO BAD!!!!! The road
salt got rained on today, we'll see if the roads are really good enough,
and maybe I can go for a drive soon. Must go out and do something useful I
guess.....fill my inbox with your vehicular fun and games before i get
back...
