Braided Fuel Hose

Yes, it has a hose clamp on both ends. I tried to tighten them but the whole braided hose seems wet with gas. The outer diameter appears to be about 15mm. I do have a donor car and will check it out. I would assume it would leak a lot of gas while making the repair??
