Blasted carpet



Matt, you can save the clip.  Get two screwdrivers,  hold one under the side
and keep tension on it.  Take the other one and pry up on the clip.  Think
of it as a logger climbing a tree with that belt that they use.  When you
make progress on one side, keep tension there and pry up on the other side.
You'll get it.
