It's not worth getting pissed at some ass who wants to grind on you
that way.  Just politely tell the next guy who "negotiates" in this
manner "you REALLY should keep looking" because "this is obviously not
the car for you".  That calls his bluff and he'll either quickly
backtrack (if he's really a buyer) or beat it.  It's a very poor
tactic on the potential buyer's part to take shots at the product for
sale.  Never works if the seller is savvy.
