Whos got the biggest rims on a scirocco II



Not to jack the thread, but the yellow Porsche that is in that pic was in my
driveway for almost a month waiting for him to bring me the Callaway Rocc
and pick up that little gem. I wanted so badly to run it around the
neighborhood.

I have a bunch of pics of that car somewhere....

Just thought I'd share.

I suspect that your car looks like it's on stilts because the tires you have
are 23.5" in diameter. Doesn't sound like much over the "correct"
(185/60X14, 195/50X15) diameter of 22.8" but you'd have to lower the car
another 9mm to get it at an equivalent ride height with the "right" diameter
tire and that would be 9mm less travel that Sciroccos already don't have
enough of.
Going to wider rims won't get rid of the "on stilts" look, but I do think
they would add to the "hot wheels" look!
