Frequency valve looks like a buzzy can-shaped thing.  Like bees got a 
hold of a small tomato juice can and made it smaller and moved in and 
then buzzed a whole bunch.  Right up in the intake area.  Wires, hoses.

Do you have this but no oxygen sensor?

Are you in Canada but your car is an 81 US?
