MD and PA caravans meeting?

I'm thinking about leaving around 9AM, maybe a little earlier, that way I
won't have to deal with morning rush hour, driving to Baltimore. 

Here's the route, I'm planning on taking 95S > 695W > 70W > 68W* > 79N > 70W
> 71W.
*Might get off and take 40 to RT70 W, depending on traffic.
