[16v] I think I found a vacuum leak....

Now that I think about it, having the cold-start hose open, will probably
affect the idle on a stock setup. See if it changes when you cap off the
cold-start housing connection. My 16V has been running with that capped off
for a long time, that's why it didn't sink in.
