I think both the top batt. superceeds to the bottom one, hard to tell 
since you left the letters off.  Anyways, the more amperage will have 
more cold cranking amperage, yes...  The '000' battery is newer too, so 
I would go with that one.  The other one is at least 3-4 years old...
