Make the needles glow: another how to

Fluorescent.   The word is fluorescent.  :)

My needles have been that way since 2001.  It's nice.  The "faded-yellow" look of stock needles is depressing.

  I used a $15.00 9" black light at the top of the cluster to make them stand out. Really neat in the dark!
