Just purchased one of these - Tranny Jack

Mine works fine. It doesn't really have an adjuster which would help. It
beats the heck out of a floor jack.

Subject: Just purchased one of these - Tranny Jack

Well with my back and neck hurting from my accident and starting physical
therapy I figured I better not try the heave ho method of removing and
installing my tranny so I bought a simple 450 lb Transmission jack from
Harbor Freight.

It was not very expensive and looks to be very useful. I will take pictures
of using it and let everyone know how it works out.

For the engine side I borrowed an ATV/Motorcycle Jack to lower the engine
and hold it where I need it. It is kind of like this one but without the
handle and it uses a seperate hydraulic jack.
