What's the strangest thing you've towed with your Scirocco?

It wasn't with a Scirocco exactly, but when my 73 bus died in Kalamazoo, my brother offered to tow it up to where my GMC pickup was waiting for me in Midland MI using his rabbit diesel. There we were, cruising north on 27, big huge box behind the little rabbit, with my brother at the the helm, me and my girlfriend in the back seat, and our hung-over friend, Arch, in the right front seat. As we passed a couple on the side of the road looking at another VW bus for sale, Arch couldn't contain himself, rolled down the window, and yelled, "Buy it, sucker!", as we trundled slowly by. You should have seen their expressions as we rolled past!

Carrots towed an Audi 200 TQA once... but it was only about 20 feet on
the level. Seems to me Cathy witnessed it (and was maybe steering the
Audi?)
