results of stripped timing belt

Good news and bad.

First the bad: All intake valves have a beautiful S-shape to their stems. :)
Now the good: That appears to be the extent of the damage; the head and pistons have some marks, but can be polished up and used with no problems.
  The head is completely disassembled and ready to go to the Machine shop.  Not even any stripped/broken studs on the exhaust side. 
  Did find some coolant lines (the 16V must have a DOZEN different lines that carry coolant) that were close to failure, so this is a good thing in that it exposed some potential issues.
  Should be back on the road in two weeks.

Oh, and youngson's Father's Day gift to me was.....a complete gasket set for the engine!!  :)   
Doesn't get much better than that!
