Cam Install break in procedures?

Thanks, I have a TT cam (new) to put in with new lifters. I have heard
from some people around here that there is a break in period. I have seen
one web site saying you should put in new engine oil and keep the engine
rev'd at exactly 2000 rpm for 2 hours while the cam breaks in.

I guess I can just install it and go drive then, much easier :)
