MS diagram?



No, no no!
There's no reason to do that.
CIS and MS have virtually nothing in common as far as the wiring is 
concerned. The only thing MS needs in the stock wiring is an output from the 
coolant temp sensor and I'm of the opinion you should install a separate GM 
sensor for them MS anyway.
16V KS ignition will also have no common wiring except the hall sensor input 
and now that I think about it you ain't using that anyway since you're going 
to be using a crank trigger.
Once you remove the CIS and stock ignition you will only have coolant and 
oil sensor wiring and "power" wiring. i.e. alternator, starter, battery.
Use the MS relay board, get power and ground directly at the battery and the 
MS harness is completely separate from the rest of the wiring.
