I'll also offer up my loft for partying/sleeping accomodations (it
should be done by then!).  It's not quite as close as Cathy's place to
the track (40 minutes away), but I'm about a 15 minute drive from
Niagara Falls...

The road course at TMP is a lot of fun, and is very safe.  I have had
an absolute BLAST every time I've gone.  I also have a few sets of
used race rubber with a bunch of life left in them that I'm willing to
donate for the day!   We can easily swap rubber between cars at the
track - I'll bring both my floor jacks.
