Search on Lisboa, then follow the A-2 south and where it merges with the A-12 is the general area. There is no factory on the map, but that is where it is located per the early contact link I sent.

It was written in one of the other articles, iirc.
It's also just the conventional way of writing a location - you wouldnt say "Dayton, USA".

Additionally, regardless of where any county/state may be, the city simply makes more sense, especially once you consider its close
proximity to what appears to be a major shipping port.
