'Eh, I don't know.  It's a 16v, but the front bumper has
been replaced, which could mean the front crossmember is
weakened somewhat from damage.  Why does the speedo read 30
mph when it's not moving?

I'd say stick with your '85, you've got one big big project
to finish, why start another one?
