Yeah, I think this is a production principle with VW.
My DD is a '87 8v and I keep hearing from GAP and some
VW parts guys (not David) that '86 was the last year
of 8v so they are confused. Guess it wasn't but
apparently there was a seriously low production
figure. Kind of along the lines of how there were 19
Sciroccos produced in Europe in the last year of
production (according to production figures I saw). I
mean, wtf is that? Nineteen?
