Stearing wheel bearing and horn going off when turning wheel

OK, the horn is irritating.
But, step one is to figure out why the steering wheel has any in-out play!
I'm sure a little bit is normal, but it's a safety issue! So, have somebody
move it in and out while you look at it and make sure everything is OK.
Also, check the bearing at the bottom of the steering tube and make sure
it's in the tube and hasn't fallen out.
Back to the horn. If you pull the steering wheel off the contact and slip
ring are about all there is to see, but that would be where I'd look.
