Can I pass this up?

I still have most of the 77 to tear apart but my buddy did drive his cabby
away that has been around for 8-10 months.  Nothing better to replace it
with than another scirocco.  This one looks like it just needs a engine and
tranny which I have.  The no title thing is a bummer.  Although I am
positive the wife will not allow me to have 6 sciroccos at once :(
