OT: Simple computer question

The file is 35 megabytes in size.
I just downloaded it but I can't install to test, I do not run Windows
or OS/X
The error message could mean that the file encountered an error during
the download, and fails because of that.
In which case the only solution is to ... download again.
Do you have a friendly neighbour, with a high speed connection, who
could download it for you? Maybe the service department at the store
where you bought it ... er, I mean, the friendly elf in the North Pole
can help and download it for you?
Maybe you can email or phone the service folks on the iTunes site and
explain how you can't download the file and would they be so nice as to
mail a copy to you?
  Good luck ...
