Rocco runs again, BUT.....

it will barely rev.
If i rev t up to 3K (which is very hard to do) I can feather the clutch out
and drive.
full throttle makes the car bog down, less throttle runs better.

it's hard to start. idle is crap until warm.
I cannot seem to find any vac leaks.

I am stumped. this is the first CIS car i have not been able to get running
right.

any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.
