quick relay question

Are pins 85 and 86 interchangeable on a relay? I think they are, but I want
confirmation before I screw something up ;p

Roc content - I am fixing the shortcomings of my VEMS harness. By
shortcomings I mean stuff that wasn't fused (like the ECU) and crimped on
connections that didn't last 200 miles.
