Neuspeed/H&R springs

I found a 16v in a pick n' pull, and it's got some special springs on it:
Neuspeed Race: 55.10.15.2F
H&R: 54715.88R
Some surface rust on the upper edges of the coils.
They'll sell the whole strut assembly ($40 each), or just the springs, I
don't know what kind of shocks are under 'em.
Anything good I should be persuing?
