Shipping Freon???

It's pressurized so that's a DOT 2.2 non-flammable gas that can't be in 
an airplane without proper documentation.

codified in Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) 100-185. USPS 
mailing standards for hazardous materials generally adhere to 49 CFR, 
but also include many additional limitations and prohibitions.

USPS employees may refuse an article for mailing if the content of the 
article is described by the mailer or otherwise revealed to be nonmailable."
