Yeah, but what can you do when someone is hanging in the passing lane at
slow speed?

Worst when they are talking on the phone in the passing lane at 95 clicks?

I'll bet you that there aren't too many of those in Europe.

Actually for having driven several month in the UK and in France, the
passsing lane is not clogged with slow cars.
