VIN Number Places

Julie, some of the MKIIs came with a paper tag in the trunk near the
lights.  It listed the motor, transaxle code, color code, etc however; I
cannot recall if it included the vin.  Mine is gone so I cannot check.

The VIN is on the tag on the dash, a sticker on the DS door and either
the strut tower (PS) or on the rain tray.
