Somewhat OT: mk5 Golf to be called Rabbit in NA

I also read in Autoweek that the mk5 Golf will only have a cycle life of
roughly 2 1/2 years as opposed to the normal 5-7 years that VW uses.
Apparently it is too expensive to assemble and takes 2 to 3 times as long to
assemble as the golf's competitors. VW announced that they were going to
move forward the mk6 sooner because it will share more components with the
other VW's and will take less time to assemble, thereby reducing costs.

Better get a mk5 soon while they last.

This is really a shame IMO... nothing could ever replace the original Mk1
Rabbit, *especially* not
a 3,000+lb overweight Mk5!
