I have heard that regular Poly bushes such as yours do this as a matter 
of course.  A friend however got some graphite powder and dusted all the 
parts he used heavily.  He did this on the sway bar bushes on a Mercedes 
SLC (Beverly Hills Chevy), and has yet to hear complaints from the 
owners (three of them).  That may do it, but I don't know...
