I sent a previous message about a strange "slapping" sound........Well, since it is a used 1982 I decided to change the front brakes...............and you guessed it fixed.

I guess the Scirocco Gods are on my side, even my horn is working now.  One more problem, can the heat shield covering the catalytic converter vibrate?  I get a tinny vibrating sound when I'm coasting..............I know just keep accelerating!!!!
