Don't you just love the feel of a freshly rebushed shift linkage?  It costs
around $20 and is one of the most satisfying results you can achieve for 1/2
hour's work.

A couple of others that come to mind:

New fuel injector seals

New seat bushings - no more rock and roll

New door handle seals...silly, but they look nice and are super cheap and
easy.
