Best Oil Filter to Buy?

Don,
Seems the best for our cars is the OEM standard, either Mann or Mahle. 
You can get them via eBay, the dealer, and I know Potter sells them.  I 
believe it's the same part number for almost all 4 cylinder water cooled 
VeeDubs.
If you decide on a case, let me know, I'll go halvsies with ya.
