Bentley recommends Molykote 321 to cure groaning.

Solid Lubricant Used:  Graphite/MoS2
Solvent:  naphtha

Just use regular blue grease.  Maybe you have a tube of CV shit laying 
around.  Lots of nice molybdenum sulfide in that.
