seal kit (proper one?)

  More than likely, you will have some grooves worn into the flanges.
Ideally, you will need to either 1) have these machined smooth and get
larger seals that were designed to work with hypoid (gear oil), or 2)
replace them with ungrooved ones.  My cost on new 100mm flanges was near
120.00 each, so I elected to have them machined.  I have yet to do so, so I
cannot advise you further...

You -might- be lucky in that you could sand the flanges by hand to get them
clean enough so that you cannot feel anything with your fingernail.
However, if you are loosing that much fluid, I don't think that is the
case...
