He doesn't say shit about the turbo itself.
Ask what it is (eg. Garrett, Mitsubishi.....)
Type (T3, T3/T4E, T3/T4B.....)
compressor wheel trim
Turbine wheel stage and turbine housing A/R.
Then you might have a clue what it's about.
How would he know if the seals are good if it hasn't been installed????

Turbo manifold doesn't look familiar, ask who made it.

FMIC will be good for cooling your piss on the way to the toilet. It
doesn't have much cross section and it's way tooooooooo long. Big
pressure drop, although the charge air will be at ambient when it gets
to the throttle body ;^)
