Sad to hear on the Carat. I really like those.  

Jetta content: Saw a neat A1 Jetta today and thought
wistfully, "I sure could get into that - which would
be my fourth car. Living in an apartment.  Uh, no.

Mech content:
You're OK on fuel pressure.  Just extract the relay
and kick over the starter a few times.  Then wait a
bit.

Beer content:
Scored a new beer from Hampton, VA - the 2005 Virginia
award winner.  I'll have another homegrown to bring to
Cincy now!  Offhand, anyone here tasted SmuttyNose
(Connecticut beer)?
