Stoopid bolt! HELP!!!

So my buddys MK2 scirocco has a problem. The front
control arm bolt sheared off at the threads. That is
the bolt came out, the control arm is out, but the end
of the bolt is still left in there. Is there an easy
way to get this out?
Any help?
