Idle speed raises when I turn on blower fan

Haha, that would have been easy except my control lever for the hvac is 
broken, and is somewhere inbetween the defrost and upper dash setting. 
I guess I need to get around to replacing that damn control lever mess.
Pulling the relay solved it anyways.
