driving w/o bumpers to Cincy?

Yeh yeh I know about the whole absorbant primer thing,and thanks for your 
input. It has already been in epoxy primer for eight years and has held up 
remarkably well. My real concern is regarding driving through Mich and Ohio without 
bumpers, although the way things are looking I may not make it at all.
