Speaking of speedo's

Josh,

The 3.67 gear is red, and 3.89/3.94 is white.

White up to, and including '84, red is '85 and up, 8V and 16V.

Josh,

I am almost certain that you only change the gear on the end of the speedo
when you are changing the FINAL DRIVE. Changing out the 5th gear should
have no impact on the speedo gear. For a stock 2Y trans (3.67 final) you
should be using the original white gear, not red.
